Payments for lessons with us are made monthly in advance and invoices must be paid by the 28th of the previous month in order to reserve your regular slot with our tutor. 

You are committed to attend and pay for a weekly lesson unless you have booked off school holidays or if you are an adult learner, if you have given prior notice of a booked holiday before the 20th of the previous month. 

Booked holiday dates can be taken during school holidays and can be deducted from your invoice if the dates are given to us before the 20th of the previous month.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER CREDITS FOR LESSONS NOT ATTENDED. A RESCHEDULE MAY BE OFFERED FOR EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A RESCHEDULE NOR CAN WE OFFER MULTIPLE RESCHEDULES ALTERNATIVES.
